RESPONSIBILITIES
- Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) position is responsible for direct care of our patients
- Make regular nursing rounds to evaluate resident care and handle routine nursing matters
- Assist in assessing the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of all residents
- Inform the physician of any changes and secure follow-up care as necessary
- Ensure accurate documentation during your shift
- Maintain and communicated current care plans for all residents
- Competently perform nursing skills
- Administer medication and medical treatment according to patient plan and company policy
- Completes accurate charting, reporting, and progress notes
REQUIREMENTS
- Active and good-standing RN license
- Supervisory experience preferred
