MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO ASSIST IN OTHER LOCATIONS AS NEEDED.This is a 1099 position with no mileage reimbursement. We are looking to hire RNs for a busy home healthcare agency in our Zanesville location. Must have current CPR/First Aid and Ohio Nursing License in good standing. Prefer one year experience in home health setting but we are willing to train the right candidates. Responsibilities include:
- Timely documentation of all OASIS visits and skilled nurse visits (within 72 hours after completion)
- Supervision of LPNs and HHAs
- Recertifying cases
- Opening cases
- Completing all visits accepted
- Medication administration and monitoring
- Educating patients on diseases and comorbidities
- Resumption of services following transfers
