Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

Location: Springfield, IL

Start Date: ASAP

Shift: 12N EOW (12-hour shifts, Every Other Weekend)

Requirements:
1. Active Illinois RN license.
2. Registered Nurse with Telemetry experience.
3. Availability for an immediate start.
4. ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
5. Experience with anti-arrhythmic and anti-seizure IV medications.
6. Proficiency in caring for Neuro, Oncology, and Surgical patients.
7. Ability to work with Neuro/Oncology/Gen Surgery patients.
8. Chemo certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide nursing care to patients in the Telemetry unit.
2. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms.
3. Administer anti-arrhythmic and anti-seizure IV medications as required.
4. Care for patients with Neurological, Oncological, and Surgical conditions.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure prehensive patient care.
6. Follow established protocols and procedures for patient care.
7. Document patient information accurately and timely.
8. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical nursing standards.
