Home Health Care Agency looking a reliable, compassionate, & dedicated RN in Essex and Morris County New Jersey to assist with face-to-face assessments and Care plans. Assessment for new client with $130-$155 per client assessment w/Plan of care/Admission and $70- $85 per monthly home visits
The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse whose license is current, CPR and updated TB test within the last 2 years and able to pass background check
Duties:
- Assist with coding and documentation of patient visits and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, including ostomy care and management
Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
