Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Supervise nursing staff, ensuring quality of care and compliance with regulations.
- Building Management: Manage the overall functioning of the building for the assigned shift.
- Training: Provide guidance and assistance to staff, ensuring ongoing understanding and training.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with the Director of Nursing and administration regarding observations and suggestions.
- Emergency Response: Administer direct and/or emergency care when necessary, ensuring the safety and security of residents.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualifications: Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Licensure: Current RN license in the State.
- Experience: 2 years of nursing experience and 2 years of supervisory experience required.
