RNFA Registered Nurse
Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience
Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR experience prior to travel
Must have experience with vein harvesting
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
**AHA BLS required
**MUST have Epic experience
*TWO recent references from a manager ANM supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission
Orientation time 32-40hrs
PBDS Assessment – waived ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
Travelers must work at least every other holiday.
On call weeknight weekend and holiday rotation
