Our client is looking for multiple Full-Time Registered Nurses (RN). The salary for this position varies between $37.83 and $73.90. The actual rate of pay will be determined based on various factors, such as job responsibilities, location, collective bargaining agreement terms, education, training, work experience, seniority, and work performance.ce, etc.

JOB SUMMARY
The role involves providing professional nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with professional practice and unit standards. It requires fostering a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach with patients, families, and the entire care delivery team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the healthcare needs of patients.
- Accurately document patient care in accordance with established standards.
- Supervise and delegate care to other team members based on their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
- Continuously improve professional effectiveness through education and professional development.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of hospital policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection prevention programs.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
REQUIRED:
Our client requires that candidates have completed the Primary Vaccine Series (such as the 2-dose monovalent Pfizer, Moderna, or Novavax series or the 1-dose J&J vaccine series), or be Up to Date with the most recent Pfizer/Moderna bivalent vaccine/booster for COVID-19 vaccination before their start date. In cases where candidates are unable to receive the COVID-19 primary vaccine series due to medical or religious reasons, our client has a process for medical and religious exemption requests. For caregivers who will be working in Oregon, there is a personal vaccine exemption form available upon request.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
- Completion of an approved nursing school program is required.
- Preferably, a BSN degree or current enrollment in a BSN program.
- Preference given to candidates with specialty certification.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
- Minimum of 6 months of critical care experience in an acute care facility within the last 5 years OR successful completion of an approved critical care training course/orientation and standard competencies within six months of hire.
- Proficiency in CCO monitoring.
- Preference given to candidates with CCRT certification.
- Preference given to candidates with IABP certification.
- Preference given to candidates with Impella certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply age-specific principles of growth and development and life stages to meet each patient’s needs.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure is required in the state in which the nurse will be practicing.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required at the time of hire.
- ACLS certification is required at the time of hire.
- NIHSS & TNCC certification must be obtained within a specified grace period from hire or transfer
- Preference given to candidates with CCRN certification.
- Preference given to candidates with CMC certification.
- Refer to the community-specific document for required credentials in each Unit/Department.
OTHER SKILLS:
- Demonstrated ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships and a patient/family-centered work environment.
- Ability to support and interpret the medical center's philosophy, policies, and procedures.
- Basic computer skills are required.
