JOB SUMMARY
Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff and within the guidelines of the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act.
It is the responsibility of the Professional Nurse to implement the Hospital's Mission and goals through established policies, procedures and performance improvement activities,
Implementation of these goals occurs through organization and administration of individualized age specific professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital,
The understanding of the principles of growth and development will be incorporated to assess each patient's age specific needs and determine age specific treatment modalities,
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current New Jersey License as a Registered Professional Nurse,
BSN Preferred
Minimum (1) one year recent/current acute care RN experience preferred
Current BLS Certification
ACLS, NRP, and successful completion of EFM course within 90 days of hire
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Customer service skills
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Successful completion of all JCMC Orientation Programs

$80,000 Minimum to $120,000 Maximum Annual Base Salary
