- COVID Vaccine + Booster Required
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of ICU unit Experience
- LICENSE: CA RN License, No EMSA. - attached with submission
- CERITIFCATIONS: Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - AHA and CPI/MAB/SAAM(either one) - attached with submission
- MAB Vendors accepted: (Educate Simplify Healthcare Education company (MAB), Empirical Safety Training - (S.A.A.M.) Violence Prevention & Management, and Phoenix Training Group- (MAB))
- CPI Vendors accepted: (Children's Hospital LA De-escalation and Crisis Prevention training and CPI Blue Card - in person training)
- REFERENCES: Two supervisor references, updated within the last year and from working within the last 2 years. Must be from unit they are applying to. At least one to submit. Peer references are not accepted (included with application).
- COMMUTE: Within 50 miles / 1 hour
- CHARTING: Allscripts EMD charting.
- VACCINATIONS: Covid Vaccine declinations are accepted
- ORIENTATIONS: Basic unit orientation, such as location of linen, medication carts, etc. - RN's are expected to overall work independently on their first shift.
