***Registered Nurse (Home Health RN )
**Job located in Santa Fe, NM**
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) in for Santa Fe NM who administers skilled nursing care to clients requiring professional nursing service in the home. Each staff nurse performs nursing services for residents within a specific area. These services are performed in accordance with the physician’s orders and under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON). Skilled RN service may include wound care, medication management, administration and teaching and Home safety evals. The Home Health RN teaches and supervises the family and other members of the nursing team.
Qualifications:
- New Mexico Nursing License
- CPR Certification
- Drivers License
- Problem-Solving/Multi-tasking Skills
