JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct Daily Medical Management
- Call refills into the pharmacy
- Complete patient paperwork related to the filling of prescriptions
- Ensure availability of drugs by picking up prescriptions at the pharmacy as needed
- Prescription data entry
- Prepare medications for patients
- Receive and verify prescriptions
- Complete weekly inventory of current client medications
- Maintain safety by adhering to infection-control procedures, policies and regulations
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner that are consistent with corporate policies as well as state and federal laws
Medical Provider Follow-up
- Work as part of a team to provide support to Medical Director, Clinical Director and lead staff with specifics to pharmacy care within facility
- Assist in streamlining communication with Medical Director and pharmacy
- Support the maintaining of current notes and paperwork related to the clients' medication care plan
Medical Staff Supervision·
- Supervise medical team and medication processes under the direction of the Clinical Director and Medical Director
Department Communication
- Coordinate responses and resolutions with appropriate internal and external parties
- Work as part of a team to provide support to other members of the healthcare team
Education & Training
- Train Support Care staff on medical protocols
- Provide training to student population as required by licensing establishments

- Licensed RN
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
