REGISTERED NURSE (RN) FIELD NURSE SUPERVISOR

Recco is currently looking for EXPERIENCED RN Field Nurse Supervisor to supervise Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) in the home. Cases are located throughout Westchester County and is based out of our New Rochelle Office. Registered Nurse Supervisor will have an active caseload and is required to travel to clients’ home to supervise paraprofessionals.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Travel required to maintain RN cases
• Opening of new cases
• Supervision of cases
• Supervision of HHAs and PCAs in the home
• CDPAS home visits
• RN Field Visits
• Aide Evaluations

Registered Nurse (RN) candidates must have:

• Current NYS Nurse license
• Own transportation to maintain caseload and travel to clients' homes
• Be familiar with NYS Department of Health regulations for Home Care and Joint Commission standards.
