Monroe Health and Rehabilitation.Joining Saber in 2018, Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 180- bed skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long-term care facility conveniently located near U.S. Route 29 in Charlottesville, Virginia. Our patients enjoy engaging activities such as live musical performances, visits with therapy dogs, arts and crafts, worship services, bible study and bingo. Monroe Health and Rehabilitation is close to restaurants, shopping and other Charlottesville amenities.At Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center, we offer our patients Home Dialysis on-site so that they are able to receive their dialysis right in the comfort of our facility throughDialyze Direct.
