Registered Nurse, (Rn) Dialysis

A facility in Cooperstown, NY is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse, (RN) Dialysis for a 13 week local or travel contract with possibility of extension.

• Day shift, 13 weeks
• 10.0 hours shift, 4.0 days/week
• Pay Package:
• Travel Weekly Rate :
• ​​​​​​​$3350 weekly gross blended
• $748 is weekly non-taxable housing stipend
• $413 is weekly non-taxable perdiem stipend
• $2189 is weekly taxable income
• Estimated weekly take home $3125
• Local Hourly rate $79/hour

```Registered Nurse, (RN) Dialysis Duties:```
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, laboratory results, and overall condition
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding dialysis procedures and self-care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform catheter care and maintenance
- Ensure proper functioning of dialysis equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely

```Registered Nurse, (RN) Dialysis Qualifications:```
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
- Minimum of [number] years of experience in dialysis or critical care nursing preferred
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment, and protocols
- Proficient in medication administration and case management
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
