Registered Nurse (Rn) - (Assessment & Evaluation)

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' healthcare needs.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards of nursing practice.
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean healthcare environment.
- Perform venipuncture and administer intravenous medications as needed.
- Provide specialized care in areas such as family planning, senior care, or other specific patient populations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
