Job Description
Our client, Pemi-Baker Hospice & Home Health is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our friendly team! This RN position will work with our Homecare and Hospice patients that primarily live in the Plymouth and North Country area! This position includes occasional on-call shifts in the evenings and occasional on-call or visits on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Must have excellent critical thinking and assessment skills.
- Skills that are implemented on a regular basis are wound care, Foley catheter insertion and removal, PICC line and IV dressing changes, wound vacuum dressing changes, ostomy/ileostomy management, venipunctures and pleurex cath drainage
- LNA supervision.
- End of life care and death pronouncement.
- Per diem positions are non-benefited.
Certifications/Qualifications:
- Current NH Registered Nurse license.
- Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and well organized.
- Willingness to travel in all types of weather conditions.
