A Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for:
- Completing intake assessments, medication reconciliation, and care plan development
- Communicating and collaborating with the physicians and other health care providers about the patient and their home health plan of care
- Providing patient, caregiver, and family education
- Updating all clinical notes and communication with staff and managers
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) requirements:
- Must be a licensed RN in the state of Washington
- Two years nursing experience, including 1 year of home health experience preferred but not required!
- Must be a licensed and insured driver with a dependable vehicle
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
