Registered Nurse: North Star Manor is seeking an RN who is interested in a full or part-time role in a variety of day, evening, and overnight shifts. Includes every 6th weekend.
- Pay is based on years of applicable experience, starting at $32.50 / hour
- $5000 Sign-On Bonus for full time positions; $2500 for part-time
- Shift Differential pay between 4pm and 6am

Overview of Responsibilities
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments, communicate changes in resident condition or physician orders, and complete clinical records.
- Communicate with family members, physicians, and other appropriate individuals
- Lead a team of LPNs, CNAs and TMAs to ensure staff are well informed of responsibilities.
- Participates in an on-call rotation with other members of the nursing team.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in nursing required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure with the Board of Nursing in Minnesota
- Current CPR certification
