Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Duties: The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates all the activities related to nursing standards of care, professional development, operational function, and communication throughout the facility. These activities will be performed in compliance with the mission, philosophy, and policies of Crestwood Behavioral Health Center. The Registered Nurse (RN) actively participates in and adheres to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the client care delivered in the clinical unit. The Registered Nurse (RN) reports to the Director of Nursing Services.
Schedule: AM
Qualifications:
- Current licensure in California as an RN
- Knowledge of Title XXII preferred
- Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications.
About the Campus: At Crestwood Manor, a Therapeutic Recreation Program is provided for our residents. The primary goal of the Therapeutic Recreation Program is to allow our residents to attain their highest level of functioning and to promote awareness of one's environment, social process, creativity and dignity. Emphasis is placed on sensory stimulation and sensory awareness, as well as providing hope for improvement and prevention of regression.
