The Home Health Registered Nurse uses an individualized patient care plan to provide top quality care to all of our patients, keeping them Happy, Healthy and at Home.
RN schedule...
- Full-Time, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.
- No weekends with some on-call availability
As an RN, you will...
- Visit 3-7 patients on any given shift, driving to the patients home providing skilled nursing services.
- Primarily responsible for the initial assessment and case development of patients in all stages of life in their homes.
- Be in charge of assessing, interpreting, planning, implementing, documenting and evaluating patients according to the patient's age and diagnosis.
- Must be able to check your email intermittently during the week to respond to documentation requests.
- Must be okay with traveling throughout the service area!
Skills/Experience needed...
- Admissions, Wound Care (with vac), IV Therapy, PICC Lines, Lab Draws, and Patient Education.
- Strong assessment, skilled nursing and documentation
