Registered Nurse (Rn)

```Overview```
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate IV Therapy Nurses to join our team on a per diem/part-time basis. As an IV Therapy Nurse with Dynamic Recovery & Restore, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to our clients while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the IV therapy process.

```Duties```

• Perform assessments to determine the appropriate IV therapy treatment for each client.
• Prepare and administer IV fluids, medications, and supplements according to established protocols.
• Monitor clients' vital signs and response to treatment, adjusting therapy as needed.
• Provide education and support to clients regarding the benefits of IV therapy and proper self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean and sanitary environment
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

```Requirements```

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with previous experience in IV therapy preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols.
