Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record system
Skills:
- Strong patient assessment skills to identify changes in health status or potential complications
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record system for documentation and information retrieval
- Knowledge of airway management techniques and emergency procedures
