Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care, coordinating healthcare services, and advocating for patients and their families. RNs assess patient needs, develop care plans, and administer treatments and medications. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to make sound clinical judgments.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatment, and modify care plans as needed.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
• Advocate for patients’ rights and ensure their safety and well-being.
• Document patient care accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $65.00 - $72.46 per hour

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Night shift

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Columbia, SC 29210 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Columbia, SC 29210: Relocate before starting work (Required)
