Guardian Home Health Care & Hospice is thrilled to welcome a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic home health team, providing care directly in patients' homes.

We Offer:

• Flexible hours
• 5 to 20 referrals at the discretion and availability of RN.
• The scheduling team will assist you with visit confirmation.
• Bi-weekly payday (Electronic bank-to-bank paychecks).
• You can work as a W2 or 1099 independent contractor (subject to submission for state-required docs).

• On call

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
