Registered Nurse (Rn) 40 Hours

BrightStar Care of Wayne and Fair Lawn, a Joint Commission accredited home care services firm, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to work 40 Hours per week or more. Work includes a variety of clients such as some facility shifts and one-on-one client work. Schedule is flexible!

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care or as directed in a facility
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient's conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client/patients' family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Current unrestricted RN license in NJ
• Must work with pediatric female client (6 years old) 5pm to 9pm Monday through Friday in Oakland, NJ. She is non-verbal, seizure disorder, cerebral palsy. Wonderful family. OR - must take facility shifts.
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred.
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
