VenVisor Health is looking forremote NP’s to join our team!
Working collaboratively as a member of the facility medical staff, our NP’s will play a pivotal role in managing the medical needs of the patients at our partner’s facilities.
Provide on-going medical management through the provision of primary and preventative care, admission and d/c assessments, physical exams, medication reviews and changes in condition.
Communicate with patients, facility staff, Medical Director and patients physicians.
Document in the facility system and track billing in VenVisor Health’s mobile billing app.

Qualifications include:
- Valid RN/APRN license in the state
- Current CS/DEA licenses
- National certification as an ANP, FNP or GNP
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team Player
- Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine or endocrinology
- Nursing experience in ICU/ER/SNF a plus
