We are currently seeking motivated and flexible Hospice Pool RNs to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality care on an as-needed basis, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. As a Hospice Pool RN, you will play a crucial role in providing end-of-life care to our residents within the comfort and familiarity of our campus, eliminating the need for travel.
The Hospice Nurse, Pool works independently in a variety of environments wherever the patient resides, including the patient?s home, assisted living, or personal care facility to provide skilled professional nursing as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, Pennsylvania Hospice licensure laws and agency policies and procedures
