Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care planning
- Provide direct bedside nursing care
- Evaluate nursing practice
- Participate in hourly rounding
- Observe safety guidelines
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Licenses and Certifications: Current RN license in the state of AZ or a compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Preferred Qualifications: New graduate RNs
