Immediate opening! We are a well-established, family medicine practice specializing in functional medicine located in Carmel, Indiana. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our practice as part of our clinical team. Come and join our professional, fun and family-like work environment!

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Room patients, measure and record vital signs
• Record patient interview, history and chief complaint
• Provide patient education with regard to medications management of disease, home treatments and special diets
• Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine screening tests
• Administer vaccinations for all age groups, including pediatric
• Phone triage
• Facilitate e-mails and portal messages
• Other clinical / administrative tasks as needed
• IV experience a plus

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (current Indiana license)
• Medical Office experience a plus
• Experience and proficiency with EMR (We use Athena)
• Phone triage experience.
