Summary:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to the ages of patient's served based on the areas of clinical practice. Maintains environmental and infection control standards. Maintains confidentiality of all hospital/staff.
The Registered Nurse must be knowledgeable in professional nursing principles and practices related to infusion therapy. Associate seeks guidance from Clinical Manager when needed. Demonstrates ability to be depended upon as scheduled for work, meetings, and/or in-services as requested.

Responsibilities:
EDUCATION
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current New York State Licensure
EXPERIENCE
- Relevant / current outpatient experience preferred in Oncology or Medicine, depending on location and services offered at site.
- Minimum of 3 (three) years experience in an oncology setting with telephone triage management skills
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Successful completion of pharmacy test
- Ability to evaluate acute/ non-acute situations
- Possess a problem-solving approach and apply good judgment
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Able to work well in stressful situations and conditions of frequent interruption
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this position
