JOB SUMMARY
RN will primarily work on the Clinical Decision Unit (formerly known as Observation), but will also be required to float_ to other Med-Surg units (Respiratory, Stroke, Cardiac, etc.) and possibly the ED as well if appropriately skilled/knowledgeable_. 36 hours/week, day shift (7a - 7:30p) with every other weekend required. Taking call would be a very rare occurrence. Current Epic EMR proficiency is required (refresher classes or having someone sit 1:1 with them are NOT options), so please ensure that this is documented in the referral information. Active BLS and ACLS are both required. Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Step-down experience is required
