Registered Nurse, Ob/Gyn Office Phone Triage

Responsibilities:

This position provides clinic support in our OB/GYN clinic in Sandy, UT. The providers will utilize the RN as a resource for problem solving, phone call triage, and to provide direct patient care.

Talking to and assisting patients over the phone.

Must have good communication skills, organization and be patient care oriented.

Must be a team player. The nurse team depends on one another to get the job finished in a thorough, timely manner.

Performing occasional nurse visit appointments (blood pressure checks, injections, fetal heart tones, staple removals)

Assist patients in completing paperwork i.e. prescriptions, FMLA, disability and referrals and prior authorizations.

We are looking for a PART TIME nurse. The schedule would be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. Also available to cover occasional vacation/days off for other nurses. No weekends or major holidays required.

Experience:
Registered Nurse Licensure in the State of Utah.

OB/GYN office experience preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
