Summary:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor for effectiveness and potential side effects
- Utilize airway management techniques to ensure adequate oxygenation and ventilation for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Manage patient cases, including coordinating referrals, scheduling appointments, and ensuring continuity of care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Assist with tube feeding administration and monitoring for proper nutrition intake
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care for patients in hospice or palliative medicine settings
- Apply knowledge of human physiology to assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in vital signs or symptoms
- Practice aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmission in clinical settings
- Participate in discharge planning activities to ensure smooth transitions from hospital to home or other care facilities
- Provide specialized care for infants, including monitoring growth and development, administering vaccinations, and educating parents on infant care best practices

Requirements:

• RN License
• 2 years of MS/ Tele experience required.
• PEDS Experience Required.
• BLS AHA
• Covid vaccination
