- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, symptoms, and medical histories
- Administer medication and treatment as per physician orders
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care plans
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all nursing care in patients' medical records
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Requirements for the RN position in MedSurg/Telemetry:
- Must possess BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Certifications
- Active RN License
- Minimum 18 months of previous experience
