Pay Range: $30.04 - $41.50/hour (based on years of experience). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Notes-Shift Differentials: $4/Nights & $4.00/Weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments regarding the health status of the patient, following standards of care and disease-specific protocols.
- You will plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
- You will provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN’s scope of practice and in accordance with established policies.
- You will provide education and emotional support appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstance and incorporate patient / family teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Required Keywords: (RN OR "REGISTERED NURSE" ) AND("MED SURGE TELE" OR "MED SURG TELEMETRY" OR "MED SURGE" ).
- Minimum of 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required.
- Graduate from school of nursing with either an ADN or BSN degree.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
- BLS required upon hire.
- Med/Surg (Specialty Units include – Neuro/Ortho/Nephrology)
- Of Beds Per Unit: 49
- Nurse to Patient Ratio: 6:1
