SalaryResponsibilities:
- Conduct health screenings and assessments, including blood pressure checks and weight.
- Develope and implement a plan of care for assessments.
- Complete skills assessments for Care Providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in the state of Maryland.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a home health nurse or in a related field.
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer applications related to healthcare documentation.
