Currently seeking a Registered Nurse who is dedicated and compassionate to join our team at our Behavioral Health Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. You are able to choose between 8 or 10 hour shifts (with shift differential for 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts)

DUTIES:

• Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families
  
• Develop and implement nursing care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs
  
• Document patient care and progress notes accurately and timely
  
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  
• Assists with discharge planning and works with patients at time of discharge
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have an unencumbered nursing license in the state of Michigan
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Experience or a Passion to work in behavioral health
