What You'll Do:
- Responsible for managing the individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process.
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
- Supervising assigned team members.
- Supporting the Clinical Manager for the assigned Department.
- WA RN License
- 2 - 3+ years ICU experience (no exceptions)
- Large Hospital experience
- High Acuity experience
- Level I Trauma preferred
