15k sign on bonus for 2 year commitment

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and other diagnostic information
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Assist with dialysis procedures, if applicable
- Perform esthetic laser treatments, if applicable

Requirements:
-Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an ICU setting
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems (e.g., Athenahealth)
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols
