Responsibilities:
- Monitor vital signs, conduct tests, and administer treatments for patients.
- Care for wounds/injuries, assess healing progress, and ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am-5:00pm.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- BLS (AHA) certification.
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase.
- Previous Home Health experience.
