Type of Work:
· Create care plans
· Educate and counsel families
· Provide specialized nursing care
Requirements:
· Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of KY.
· Minimum one-year direct patient care required.
· Minimum one year Home Health experience strongly preferred.
· Reliable transportation and company required auto liability insurance.
