Health Care 4 All, has an essential opportunity for PRN Registered Nurses to cover Orange, Osceola, Brevard, and Seminole counties for home health visits. Provide nursing care, in accordance with the patient’s plan of care, to include comprehensive health and head to toe assessments, monitoring of patient’s condition, medication management, wound care, IV/picc line, health promotion and disease management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care by conducting comprehensive health and disease evaluation.
• Provide bedside nursing care.

Qualifications:

• FL state Registered Nursing certification.
• Authorized to work in the US.
