Possibility of flexible weekly schedule (choice between 4 days/10hrs or 5 days/8hrs) with option to work hybrid/remote.

In-person mandatory monthly meetings, every 3rd or 4th Wednesday of the month from 6pm-7:30pm. RN will be required to work in office a minimum of 25% of their scheduled time. Will require ability to report to Lafayette office within 60 minutes in the event system failure while working remotely. Onsite training minimum of 6-8 weeks.

1 year experience in pediatric or adult care required; 3 years preferred.

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
