Primary Care of Western New York is one of the largest Family Practices in the Buffalo region. Our dedicated teams deliver excellent care that places the patient at the forefront of everything we do. We currently have five locations throughout Western New York including: Williamsville, Kenmore, Wheatfield and Lancaster.
The Triage Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring quality patient care in keeping with PCWNY protocols, the NYS Nursing Scope of Practice is provided in a patient centric manner. As a member of the clinical care team, Triage RN provides clinical support by applying nursing skills for telephone, portal and in office care to patients.
Primary Functions:
- Assure highest level of patient satisfaction
- Triaging the needs of our patients
- Providing quality patient education
- Administering vaccines to our pediatric and adult vaccines
- Experience with Medent a plus !
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $32.50 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
