Job Summary
As a Rehabilitation RN, you will collaborate daily with physicians, therapists, and case managers to achieve the best outcome for patients who have experienced life-altering events. In this role, you will ensure appropriate care plans are developed and implemented to meet patient needs for rehabilitation.

- Wide Range of Services: Amputations, Arthritis, Burns and Wounds, Cancer, Cerebral Palsy, Chronic Pain, Joint Replacement, Mechanical Ventilation, Musculoskeletal Injuries, Neurological Disorders, Parkinson's Disease, Pediatrics, Spasticity, Spinal Cord Injuries, Stroke, Transplant, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and more
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse credential from the Kentucky Board of Nursing obtained before hire date
- BLS required from the American Heart Association.
- Associate degree from an accredited nursing program

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
