Responsibilities:
Provide short term assessments and wellness checks to Residents and also responds to emergency needs for Residents who live in Independent Living.
They observe Resident, and record significant conditions and reactions, and notifies Physician of Resident's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol. Has
current CPR and AED training.Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal. Takes
finger stick blood sugars. Monitors pulse oximetry.Monitors Residents and works with team to plan and implement changes in status.
Responsible to function as a Concierge when coverage is not available.
Qualifications:
Must have a current PA Nursing license

- FT Night Shift, 11:00pm-7:30am
- PT Night Shift, 11:00pm-7:30am
- PT Evening Shift, 3:00pm-11:30pm
- PT Day Shift, 7:00am-3:30pm
- Includes every other weekend
