Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments and document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare topics, including disease management and prevention
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic techniques during patient care
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record system for documentation
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [location]
- Minimum of [X] years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Proficient in IV insertion, including central lines and PICC lines
- Experience in dementia care, infant care, hospice palliative medicine, assisted living, or other specialized areas is a plus
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with discharge planning processes and resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $37.96 - $56.94 per hour
