The RN Case Manager will be based out of our South Portland, ME office While Registered Nurse candidates seeking full-time opportunities are preferred, we are open to discussing part-time and per diem options if desired We kindly request that only candidates residing in the state of Maine apply at this time.
Pay: $36-$40/hour
Location: Greater South Portland Area
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Flexible days if desired)

Job Requirements of the Registered Nurse Case Manager:
- Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of Maine
- 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
- 1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
- Recent wound care experience preferred
- Current CPR BLS Certification required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim Healthcare)
- Reliable transportation

*A Sign on Bonus of $5,000 is offered to RN Case Managers that have two years of current nursing experience working at least 30 hours per week. After 90 days of employment 20% of the sign on bonus will be paid out. The remaining sign on bonus will be paid after 6 months of employment.
