JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Registered Nurse - Electrophysiology Lab
RN - EP LAB

Registered Nurse candidates for the Electrophysiology Lab will have the following job responsibilities:
- As a Cardiac Electrophysiology Lab Nurse, also sometimes called an EP Lab RN, you'll treat patients by assisting with arrhythmia ablations, medications, and implantable devices such as pacemakers and cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs).
- Though you'll use similar skills as you would in the traditional cardiac cath lab, as an EP Lab nurse you must have advanced knowledge of sedation and cardiac care.

Registered Nurse candidates for the Electrophysiology Lab will have the following job responsibilities:
- Candidates must have successfully completed an accredited RN program
- Minimum education of an ADN.
- Educational, certification and/or licensure requirements; BLS, ACLS, and ADN or BSN
- Cath Lab/EP monitoring, critical lab background preferred.
- Average number of patients cared for daily in unit; average30 cases per day
- Types of diagnoses and patients cared for in unit; STEMI, NSTEMI, Ablations, Pacemakers, TAVR, TMVR, Structural Heart Procedures, Watchman, Mitra Clips, PCI, Impella, Right and Left Heart Catheterizations
- Relocation fee and applicable details; Up to $10K for relocation
- 20k retention package to these employees for a two-year commitment. 5K in first check, 5k at end of 1 year. 10k at end of year two.
Additionally, we will offer a 5k bonus to the vendor at the end of 1 year
- Salary and shift differential pay; $29-$43.50/8.00 per hour call pay
