Form of workSt. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Data Registry Coordinator 2 - RN to join our Heart and Vascular Quality Services team.
Hours: Monday - Friday day shift (flexible with hours and offer some remote). No weekends or Holidays.

As our "Clinical Chart Detective" you will be abstracting appropriate data from the EMR and entering this data into the registry, tracking complications, deaths, and readmissions on a monthly basis and creating case summaries for the providers and staff as well as updating the metrics in the Heart & Vascular Quality scorecards.
- Collects, analyzes, and reports data for registry databases.
- Collaborates with relevant clinical areas to coordinate and improve data collection.
- Analyzes data, identifies trends, patterns and reports findings.
- Make recommendations for process improvements.
- Engages with leadership and other relevant stakeholders for purposes of quality/process improvement advancing program effectiveness, and management of change.
- Participates in data compilation for audits and accreditation of the program/initiative.
- Responsible for the daily operations and decision making that supports the registry.
- Serves as content expert for the registries.
- Manages the registry reports and national benchmark analysis.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Education: Associate of Nursing Degree/Diploma
- Experience: 2 year's nursing (RN) experience or Clinical Registry Coordinator experience; prefably Cath Lab or EP Lab experience.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN Licensure in the State of Practice
